Agreement: I acknowledge that a knife purchased by the site visitor is legal to own, carry and trade in my state.  Sell Your Knife will is not be responsible for knowing the local knife laws in your state/country and will not be responsible for mail confiscation or legal matters incurred by purchasing a knife not legal in your area.  Research and know your local laws before purchasing.

US Shipping:

Sell Your Knife ships with USPS, UPS, Fedex, and international shipping is handled by DHL and UPS. Sell Your Knife offers free shipping in the US, with the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.

Please note: If you prefer your order to be fully insured, upgrade to Priority Insured, 2nd Day or Overnight.

International Shipping:

SellYourKnife USA will ship international to certain countries, but we ask that you please contact us regarding the knife you’d like to purchase to clarify international terms. SellYourKnife USA is responsible for damage or loss on international shipments only when declared at full invoice value.

SellYourKnife Return Policy:

At Sell Your Knife, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring a quality experience and item with every delivery. To maintain such high standards, we offer a straightforward return policy for our customers.

  • Return Authorization: All returns must have a Return Authorization from us before being sent back. Please get in touch with us within 3 business days of the item being delivered to request a return, and we will send you a copy of the authorization.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as they were received. This includes all original packaging, inserts, hardware, and anything else that came with the item. If we don’t receive all parts and packaging, we won’t be able to accept the return. Additionally, we recommend shipping items back to us insured and packed well, as we are unable to issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.
  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, we will either exchange it (if we have it in stock), send it to the manufacturer for repairs, or repair it ourselves if possible. If you’d prefer a refund, please let us know, and we’ll process it. This option is valid for 14 days after purchase. Any markings or scratches will void the exchange.
  • Returns for Any Reason: If you’d like to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. However, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and the item must be in brand new and unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 14 days, and any scratches or markings on the item will void the return. All shipments in all directions are at the customer’s expense.
  • Handling Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Returns received beyond 14 days from when your Return Authorization has been issued will receive an additional handling fee if accepted.
